Gary Dukarich
Attorney Gary Dukarich practices in the areas of commercial litigation, business transactions, intellectual property and licensing, and
probate litigation.
Gary Dukarich (pronounced “DUKE-rich”) was born in Ohio
and raised in Arizona. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute
of Technology and the Arizona State University College of Law.
Gary began his career serving as law clerk to the
Honorable Mary M. Schroeder of the United States Court of Appeals for
the Ninth Circuit. Formerly associated with the law firm of Lewis & Roca
and the California intellectual property boutique firm of Christie
Parker & Hale, Gary also served as general counsel of an internet video
startup company in California.
He is admitted to practice in all California and Arizona
state and federal courts, the United States District Courts for the
District of Colorado and the Northern District of Illinois, the United
States Courts of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Tenth Circuit and
Federal Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
